Over 25 years in the residential property management field have helped shape Debra Hill Fox into a leading industry consultant and trainer. Until 2002, Debra carried the responsibility of day to day operations of over 2500 apartments. She has since operated as the business development/marketing director for the Law Offices of Koglmeier, Dobbins and Smith, P.L.C.; the premier Landlord Law firm in the East Valley of the Phoenix Metro Area.
Debra’s commitment to the Arizona Multihousing market is evidenced in her tireless service on several association committees since she became a member in 1987. Currently Debra is involved in the AMA government affairs committee as well as an educational instructor. She also instructs students involved in the property management program of the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.
As a member of the Greater Phoenix Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Debra is a past President and has been a board member for 11 years on the local level. National involvement in IREM has seen Debra serve as a member of the Governing Council, as a committee member of the Ethics Committee for three years and as Co-Chairperson of the 2008 Chapter Leadership Forums. In addition to her years of leadership, Debra has authored several articles for JPM Magazine.
